Including Site Plans
Our team of surveyors provide accurate feature and level surveys which provide a detailed view of existing site conditions, topographical features and adjoining properties to aid planning and building approvals. Our highly skilled team will measure and map your property using the latest specialist GPS technology and equipment.
Land Capability Assessment (LCA)
Our team of qualified geoscience professionals provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 land capability assessments in North East Victoria that conform to the EPA guidelines for onsite wastewater management and AS/NZS 1547:2012 requirements. A land capability assessment is required in most unsewered development areas.

Soil Testing
& Site Classification Reports
Our team have over three decades of experience investigating soil conditions and classifying sites within Mansfield Shire and surrounding areas.
Our comprehensive Soil Reports include:
- Expert laboratory testing and site analysis.
- Site and Soil Classification in accordance with AS2870 – 2011 Australian Standard Residential slabs and footings.
- Recommendations for proposed footings design in accordance with AS2870 – 2011.
- Wind Classification in accordance with AS4055 – 2006 Wind Loading for housing and AS1170.2 Structural Design Actions

Bushfire Risk Assessment
(BAL & BMS)
Our team have extensive experience in fire management planning in Northeast Victoria. We offer a range of bushfire consulting services, all designed to help you achieve a high level of bushfire protection and safety on your property. Our team works closely with Council Planners and CFA to ensure that your property assessment is accurate and relevant by personally inspecting every site and do not rely on aerial imagery alone to form a view of the risk to your property. We also have extensive experience in working with complex properties where there is significant risk from a bushfire.

Bushfire Attack Level Assessment (BAL)

Bushfire Attack Level (BAL) is a rating system for assessing a location’s potential bushfire exposure. Knowing your property’s BAL helps in siting new structures or managing existing ones.
